Terms and Conditions

• To enter, simply sms your name, the region in which you reside (for example, KZN or W CAPE) and the flag of your favourite soccer country to 34077. Each sms costs R2.00 to enter. You can also enter via the Welmoed website. Visit www.welmoed.co.za and complete the online entry form.
• No persons under the age of 18 years may enter.
• The prize is only open to South African residents. Proof of South African citizenship will need to be validated by means of a valid South African identity document or driverâ€�s license.
• The judgesâ€� decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• the company of wine peopleTM will contact the winner 10 days after the close of this competition.
• The details of the prize will be communicated telephonically within 10 working days after the close of the competition. The details of the prize will be communicated fully within one month of the close of competition date. The voucher prize redemption process will be made available within one month after the final selection/ draw.
• The competition is open from 1 June to 31 July 2010. The competition closes on 31 July 2010.
• The competition winner will receive a weekend away (a 2-night stay) for 2 people at a game park in the region where the winner resides.
• The prize comprises of full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the duration of the stay (2 nights).
• Any other costs not mentioned are not included in the prize and will be for the prize winnerâ€�s account, for example holiday insurance, personal spend, laundry, spa treatments.
• No flights or travelling costs are included in this prize. The winner is responsible for driving themselves to the game park, situated in their province.
• The prize does not guarantee that the winners will see the â€�big fiveâ€�.
• The prize is in no way transferrable and / or negotiable for cash and no component of the prize can be substituted.
• The prize is subject to seasonality and availability, and cannot be redeemed during peak season.
• No staff member and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, and members of their immediate family; nor members of the sponsors of any competition listed on this page: namely the company of wine peopleTM, Shoprite Checkers Group and Smollan Group , and/or any of their affiliated companies and/or agencies, anyone professional involved in this competition and members of their immediate family, may enter any of the competitions hosted partly or in whole by the Company.

• The winners agree to co-operate with the company in participating in any public relations exposure.
• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
• The promoter reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
• The promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.
• Any violation or attempt to violate any of the competition rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
• The promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
• Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this competition.
• By participating in any competition hosted partly or in whole by the Company, participants further agree to be bound by our Internet terms and conditions which are set out on this web page.
